Profile:

MagnetoSport is a new team in the exciting sport of North American historic rallying.

The team motto is "a job worth doing is worth doing at least twice".

Glenn Wallace is a TSD rally driver and frequent visitor to BC logging roads. Glenn has won TSD events such as Totem (2000) though curiously has never placed higher than 4th in the famous Thunderbird rally, probably due to his attraction to snow banks.

Glenn has also competed in both autocross and rallycross for many years in the US and has some experience with track driving.

The MagnetoSport Cortina was rebuilt with a combination bare-metal restoration and rally preparation, with extensive consultation of period books and photos. The Cortina is prepared to the level of European historic rally cars, Appendix K standards with a Safety Devices FIA roll cage and fire suppression system, and modern OMP safety equipment.

Of course it is equipped with a vintage Swedish Halda Twinmaster odometer/tripmeter, Minilite rally wheels, Moto-Lita steering wheel and Lucas electrics.
