| Chad
has been rallying since he was old enough
to drive, competing in a 1981 Toyota Celica
in navigational rallies. In 2002 he prepared
that car for stage rallying and continued
with "The Roach" for 2 years.
This year, Hyperformance Tuning jumped on
board the team and helped prepare a 1985
VW GTI donated by Derek Bottles. With the
first two events in the new car, mechanical
problems held the team back from finishing,
but with the bugs worked out, the DCRally
Team is looking forward to a strong finish
at the Pacific Forest Rally.
Aaron Neumann got his foot planted in rallying
back in the late nineties starting in navigational
rallies, where he captured the 1st Place
Novice Co-Driver Championship in the BC
TSD Championship in 2001. He made a smooth
transition from navigational rallying to
stage events in 2003 with Chad Manley placing
10th overall at the Mtn Trials Rally. |
