Joan is the defending
P-4 North American Rally Champion. She earned
that title with ever improving finishes
in the 2004 CARS and Rally America National
Championships.
A Vancouver native, PFR is something of
a homecoming that she looks forward too
each year.
"These are great roads and the organizers
and workers make this a fantastic event,
that added to the fact that several of my
school day friends come to help and spectate
make Pacific Forest one of my favorite events".
Codriver "Jeffy" Secor adds
that " Last year was my first visit
to PFR, and although I have been involved
in rally for 19 years it was one of the
best events I have run - The people of Merritt
have my thanks for accommodating us and
