(a) Written permission from a parent or guardian for participation in the rally for persons under the legal age of majority for the province(s) in which the event takes place.
(b) First aid certificate for competitors licenced by CARS or ASN Canada FIA if a first aid expiry date is not shown on the licence.
(c) For regional championship or series stage rallies, a minimum of a CARS regional rally licence for both crew members.
(d) For Canadian championship rallies, a minimum of a CARS national rally licence is required for both crew members.
(e) For performance rallies listed on the international calendar, an international rally licence for each crew member and an international entrant's licence for the entrant.
(f) Residents of the USA who do not hold a CARS licence may compete in Canadian rallies with the following:
(i) for Canadian championship rallies, (this does not include the regional portion of these rallies), an RA or NASA rallysport license, and a CARS special entry permit, as defined in NRR I.A.9 above.
(ii) for all other performance rallies in Canada, a minimum RA or NASA rallysport license, and a CARS special entry permit, as defined in NRR I.A.9 above.

(g) Competitors resident outside Canada, who do not hold valid Canadian licences, may enter and participate in a CARS rally, subject to NRR I.B.8 & 9 or if they hold an FIA International Rally Licence. Such competitors shall be eligible to win event awards, but are ineligible for Canadian Rally Championship points. Driver and co-driver points for any Canadian licenced competitors in the event will be awarded as if the non-eligible competitors had not competed.
